BrainXtra Visual Enrichment Program

BASIC PACKAGE:

To order the BrainXtra Visual Enrichment ^©program, you require 1) a single Desktop license for the BrainXtra Visual software, and 2) a specially designed Student Curriculum file that is valid for 1 year from the date of order. The Student Curriculum file specifically tailors the training program to the individual's age level and neurocognitive abilities. The Basic Package may be ordered in Section B below:

ADDITIONAL STUDENT CURRICULUM FILES:

If you have already purchased a Desktop Licence, and require additional Students to access the program on the same Desktop where the software licence is installed, the additional Student curriculum files may be ordered b completing the form in Section A, and then purchasing in Section C below.

SECTION A:

To begin your order please complete the Student information details which are required to construct the individually specific Student Curriculum files (all information is kept strictly confidential and only used to construct the Student Program curriculum files):

Reading Age: If the student is between ages 5 to 15 years, please advise estimated reading age (grade level)
Brief overview of student’s development / extension need. (e.g : extension program for improved mental performance, development of focused concentration; mental fitness; learning ability need; head injury rehab for delayed memory).
Brief overview of information concerning the student which would be of relevance to setting the levels of difficulty of the exercise curriculum. (e.g: prescribed medication for attention behaviour being used; difficulties in reading or comprehension; known cognitive dispositions such as Dyslexia; current mental performance capabilities etc.)
On completion of the above form, press the "Submit" button to submit the information to BrainXtra for programming. On submission the form will return to this page and reset itself to blank. Please do not complete the form again but proceed directly to Section B to purchase the BrainXtra Visual Software, OR if you are ordering an additional Student Program Curriculum file, please proceed to Section C. (Note: a form must be completed for each Student's program order).

	SECTION B: Purchase the BrainXtra Basic Package (Desktop Software Licence + 1 Student).
	Basic Package The BrainXtra Visual Enrichment ^© Basic Package - 1 PC Desktop License + 1 Student Curriculum file. (This license is for a single single PC and 1 Student training program.) Please contact BrainXtra for information concerning multiple desktop computer site licence pricing).


	SECTION C: Purchase Additional Student Programs (Curriculum Files - for use on an existing Desktop licenced installation)
	Additional Student Program Curriculum files may be ordered for use on the same PC where the BrainXtra Visual Enrichment ^© software desktop licence has been installed. Student Curriculum files are programmed by BrainXtra from information you submit on the purchase order form which will be presented after your shoping cart order. Once recieved, instructions will be e-mailed directly to you concerning download and installation instructions.
